Hermits Take On Boy's and Girl's State

Boys  State

Carter Curtis was elected as City Councilman for Cantrell City and State Representative for his congressional district. Carter Wilkerson was a finalist for the position of Associate Justice 1 for Gordon City in Carvell County. 

Hermit students Carter Curtis, Carter Wilkerson, Stella Huitt, and Olivia Harrod participated in a week-long educational program focused around government.


During their time, they formed lifelong friendships, and learned value skills for the future. Go Hermits! 


Girls State

Stella Huitt helped run a successful campaign for the City of Brownlow. Olivia Harrod was elected City Attorney for Harrod City.
