Coach Hilliard’s Agriculture classes spent some time today getting to know one another using farm animals. Students were grouped together, shared some laughs, and learned a little more about their classmates along the way.

It was a great way to kick off the year while building relationships and creating a positive classroom community! 🌱💚

2026-2027 Hermitage Elementary School Supply List

🏈📣 Hermit Pride was on display this week! On Wednesday, our Hermitage Football players and Cheerleaders visited businesses throughout Bradley County to deliver the 2026 football schedules and help build excitement for the upcoming season. A special thank you to Commercial Bank & Trust for generously sponsoring this year’s football schedules. Your continued support of our student-athletes and the Hermitage community is greatly appreciated! We can’t wait to see everyone packing the stands and cheering on the Hermits this fall. ❤️🖤

The Bradley County 4-H Club and Hermitage FFA Chapter partnered today to host a Swine Showmanship Clinic for local exhibitors! 🐷 This hands-on clinic gave young showmen the opportunity to develop and refine the skills needed to be successful in the show ring this fall. Participants learned proper showmanship techniques, gained valuable tips from experienced exhibitors, and built confidence while working with their animals. A huge thank you to Ms. Madison McGhee and everyone who helped organize, teach, and participate in today’s clinic. We are excited to see these exhibitors put their new skills into action during the upcoming show season. Best of luck to all of our exhibitors this fall! ✨

Reminders about Hermitage Band Practices.

The Hermitage Cheerleaders will be painting footprints on the road in front of the Football Field today July 23,2026 from 7:00pm-8:30pm, Monday, July 27,2026 from 7:00pm-8:30pm and Thursday, July 30,2026 from 7:00pm-8:30pm. For the safety of our Cheerleaders and Staff and the wet paint that will be on the road, this road will be closed during those time frames on those dates. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pre-Season Cross Country Practice resumes TODAY! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻 We will be at Hermit Field tonight from 6:00-8:00 PM. Athletes should come run their mileage, once complete they may leave. HJH and HHS Cheer had an amazing week at cheer camp! 📣❤️🖤 Our cheerleaders worked hard, built new skills, and represented Hermitage with outstanding effort and school pride. We’re proud of the dedication they showed all week and can’t wait to see all they’ve learned on the sidelines this year. Way to go, Hermits!

Hermitage PreK Parent Meeting will be August 6, 2026 at 4:45PM. Parents are encouraged to attend to be informed of the new procedures for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pre-K Registration will be Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the Hermitage School District High School Cafeteria. Please be prepared to bring the following documents for student enrollment: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card , Immunization Records, Proof of Income and a Student Physical signed by a Doctor.

Congratulations to Rayleigh Greenwood! As an HHS Senior, she completed her LPN coursework and clinical hours through SEACBEC in order to her degree. We are so proud of her dedication to achieve this goal!
