You Lost It, We Found It
HES families, our amazing EAST students have created a brand-new Lost & Found website to help reunite students with their missing items! Instead of digging through piles, you can now browse photos online to see if your child’s jacket, water bottle, lunch box, or other belongings have been found.
Check it out here: https://sites.google.com/eastschools.org/lostandfound/home
We’re so proud of our EAST students for creating a project that serves our school and community — be sure to share so we can get these items back home where they belong! 💙

Hermitage Elementary School is excited to celebrate Read Across America Week next week! This nationwide event encourages students to grow their love of reading. Our theme this year is “Shine Bright with Books!” We look forward to a fun week of celebrating reading and watching our students shine!

Hermitage High School 10th & 11th grade students had an incredible opportunity to attend the Science & Engineering Open House on Friday, February 20, 2026!
This exciting event brought together the departments of Engineering & Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Agriculture, and Math & Computer Science for a day packed with hands-on STEM experiences. Students participated in engaging sessions led by SAU professors, exploring real-world applications and discovering how science, technology, engineering, and math shape the world around us.
Through interactive experiments and innovative demonstrations, our Hermits sparked their curiosity, stretched their thinking, and explored potential future career paths in STEM fields.
