HES Parents! Fundraising items are HERE! We are ready for you to pick up the cookie dough, snacks, and candles. We will be at the school until 3:00 PM.

HES Parents and Guardians, Due to a shipping delay, the fundraiser items (candles, snacks, and cookie dough) will not arrive until early next week. We will reach out when they items are here and ready for delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Members of the HES After-School Program will be going to Crossett to eat pizza and see the Christmas lights tonight. Parents will need to be at HES at 7:00 PM to pick up their child.
Due to weather issues, the HES Christmas dance for tonight has been rescheduled to tomorrow during the school day. Students may still bring money for the concession stand. All students will go home on the bus or via car at 3:15 PM today. There will be no after-school. Stay safe!
Tuesday—Basketball games scheduled for tonight in Pine Bluff are cancelled and will be rescheduled for a date in January.
The annual Beta Club Christmas Dance at HES will be TODAY, Tuesday, December 13th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Be sure to have someone there to pick up your child no later than 6:50 PM. The cost for entry is $1. Beta Club members and After-School students enter for free. There will be a concession stand as well. We hope to see all of our students there!

The HES After-School Program will be hosting a Christmas candlelight ceremony tomorrow from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM in the elementary cafeteria. Parents of after-school students are invited to attend.

HES will be hosting the annual 6th grade Christmas lunch for students and two adults on Monday, December 12th at 12:30 PM. Students must return completed flyers sent home today and return the form by TOMORROW, Friday, December 9th. If you wish for more adults to attend, they will need to register and pay $4.00.

Meeting tonight!

Beginning TODAY, buses will run at 2:15 PM every Wednesday. This will allow all staff to participate in our data meetings for school improvement. There will no longer be after-school on Wednesdays. Instead, HES will have after-school on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week. If you need to change your child's transportation for Wednesdays, contact the office by NOON TODAY. Thank you!
