Kg, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th grade parents,
The Body Mass Index (BMI) results are in for the Hermitage School District for participating K, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 grades. If you would like a BMI report on your child, please reach out to Ms. Susanne Grice, the Hermitage School District Nurse, by May 16th at elizabeth.grice@hermitageschools.org. In the email, please provide your child's name, your name, request for the BMI data, and your home address where you would like the information to be mailed. Ms. Susanne will send your child's results.

May 12, 2025: Elementary Honors Breakfast @ 9:00 a.m.
May 13, 2025: 4th Grade Field Trip
May 13, 2025: High School Band and Choir Concert
May 15, 2025: 5th and 6th Grade Field Trip
May 16, 2025: Preschool End-of-Year Program
May 19, 2025: Elementary Field Day
May 20, 2025: Kindergarten Graduation @ 8:30 a.m.
May 20, 2025: 6th Grade Graduation @ 10:00 a.m.
May 21, 2025: High School Honors Breakfast (Grades 7-12)
Dear Athlete Parents and Guardians,
The Hermitage School District 2024–2025 Sports Banquet, sponsored by the Hermitage School District Booster Club, will occur on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hermitage City Community Center.
Student athletes are expected to attend.
Each student-athlete may bring two guests to eat and attend the banquet free of charge but will need to provide the names of those guests to the HSD High School office by Friday, May 2, 2025.
Any additional guests are welcome and may attend by paying $15.00 per person at the gate, which includes dinner and admission to the event.
Return the enclosed form by Friday, May 2nd. Paper copies are available at HHS.

Softball update- Hermitage Softball Girls will play Monday, April 28, 2025 at Strong at 4:00 p.m. We look forward to the game! Hermitage School District
Baseball update- Hermitage Baseball Boys will play Monday, April 28, 2025 at home at 5:00 p.m. verses Bradley. We hope to see you there! Hermitage School District
Baseball and Softball Notification - Due to the rain and excessively wet field conditions, today’s Baseball and Softball games are canceled. We are working to reschedule the games, and the new date and time will be shared with you as soon as they are confirmed.

Soccer Notification - GAME ON! The Soccer Girls and Soccer Boys are scheduled to play in the away game against Maumelle Charter. Go Hermits!
Softball Notification - Today's away game with Strong at Strong on Thursday, April 24, 2025, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. due the weather conditions causing the fields to be too wet for the girls to play and due to the unavailability of officials for any other date for this rescheduled conference game. Thank you, Hermitage School District
Parents: State testing is in action at Hermitage Elementary. The teachers and staff have prepared the students to be stars on the test. Please remember to motivate them each morning to do their best. We are already so proud of them and can't wait to see how much they have grown.
