The Hermitage Junior High School Football Game will kick off at 6:00 p.m. at Strong. The Senior High School game was canceled. We are proud of our Football Players, Cheerleaders and Band. Let's go Hermits!

If your child is participating in the 10/12/23 Flu Clinic, please return Flu permission forms to your Elementary Teacher and High School Office before that date. For more information, please call schools or Ms. Susanne at 870- 463-8500 or 870-463-2235.

Congratulations! Hermitage High School for being recognized by the Office for Education Policy (OEP) at the University of Arkansas as a school where students demonstrated high growth on the ACT Aspire! The OEP creates an annual report entitled the Outstanding Educational Performance Awards where they recognize schools with high student academic growth. Growth is the best indicator of the positive impact that the Hermitage High School is having on students. Awards are based on the 2023 content growth score calculated by the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education. These growth scores reflect how much students at the school improved from 2022 compared to how much they were expected to grow considering prior achievement. OEP recognize schools based on Overall growth, as well as for growth in Math and English Language Arts separately. Please be reminded that school will be out Monday, October 9, 2023 while the Hermitage School District observes Columbus Day. Students and staff will return to school on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.

The City of Hermitage reports road construction will begin today, September 11th and continue Tuesday, September 12th.
